1. Service Disclaimer & Conduct

Ovrile is a professional massage therapy service operated under the Kwadwo Boapim Herbal Clinic. Our services are complementary in nature and intended for relaxation, body care, and general wellness. They do not replace medical diagnosis or hospital care.

Strictly Professional: We have a zero-tolerance policy for illicit behavior. No sexual or inappropriate services are offered. Any such request or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and may be reported to authorities.
Right to Refuse: The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is considered unsafe or if professional boundaries are not respected.

2. Health & Safety

By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information (e.g., high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent injuries, skin conditions). You understand that you are receiving massage therapy at your own risk and that Ovrile and its therapists are not liable for any injury or exacerbation of existing conditions due to non-disclosure.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If a session is terminated due to client misconduct (see Section 1), no refund will be issued.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information (name, phone, health history) collected is used solely for appointment management and safety. We do not sell your data to third parties.
